The Nano Smooth Coat hooks used have extremely low friction, allowing them to hook even the quick bites of stream fish the moment they touch. The short shank and deep gape of the hook make it difficult to lose fish after they are hooked. The backing line used for the eye is impregnated with cellulose to give it stiffness. This makes it easy to attach, prevents fraying, and improves durability.
