This item was a lifesaver for raising twins. The small number of parts was incredibly convenient. Nipples are not included as they are a hygiene product. It has been used extensively, but there are no stains or dirt. Perhaps because the original quality was good, it's in very clean condition. I'm not planning to sell the items separately, so please consider purchasing the set.
