This is a hair ornament that my mother, a professional kimono dresser (beautician), used about 30 years ago. The decoration at the spot marked in the photo is detached. Although it's not perfect, please feel free to use it for plays, entertainment, etc. My mother wrote her name on the original box. I erased it, but it didn't come off completely and remains.
