This is a split CDr album featuring "Weather Machine 6400" and "Today in Tokyo" by FOTOshoppe ツ. From lighthearted weather music to a serious and dark atmosphere, it all flows with a cloudy sound quality. It's a kind of weathersoft, but probably the overseas version, so it's different from Japanese weather forecasts. The sense of emptiness and powerlessness is overwhelming. Released by the California vaporwave label, FOTOSHOPPE CO. The case has scratches and scuffs. The CDr is relatively clean, but has fine scratches. Also, it's a white label with the title handwritten.
