I purchased this item about 6 years ago and wore it several times for outings. The size is M, and the waist size is 64-70cm. These are short pants perfect for autumn. Please understand that there are overall pilling, fraying, and wrinkles (please check the photos) and only purchase if you are okay with this. I don't know the brand.
