This is an Esperac dress I bought about 3-4 years ago. The sleeves are about 3/4 length, covering about the elbows. The hem has slits on both sides. The neckline is a collarless, button-down design with a hidden placket. It's simple, but it's a dress that looks great on its own ^ ^
