Worn once and then stored in a dark place. I am selling this because I am parting with the doll. The tray underneath is not included. There don't seem to be any particular issues, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to the condition of the item due to long-term home storage. I cannot hold items. Returns are not accepted to prevent product substitution. I do not smoke, but I have a cat.
