Swarovski earrings. The dangling part sways and is very cute. This is just my personal opinion, but I usually find earrings uncomfortable and my ears hurt, but I could wear these for hours without any pain. There is no warranty card, but the swan logo is proof of authenticity. I've taken good care of them, so the back catch hasn't discolored much, but if you're concerned about hygiene, you can have it replaced at the store.
