I believe I purchased this at KAWANO in Shinjuku about 20 years ago. It's a wine-red leather sacoche from COMPOSITION. The color is slightly deeper and darker than in the images. The leather is soft and thick, with a sturdy construction. I only used it once or twice and then stored it in a drawer. I believe it's a discontinued and rare item now. The size is approximately 19 cm in height and 16 cm in width. The shoulder strap can be extended to a maximum of about 140 cm. There's a sub-pocket on the front. Pulling the leather cord on the side closes the fabric like a drawstring bag. The design tapers at the bottom, so it doesn't have much capacity; it can probably hold a wallet, smartphone, and maybe a handkerchief or tissues. Please understand that this is a vintage item that has been stored for a long time. There are also some scuffs on the color. It can be used by anyone, regardless of gender. It would be a vibrant accent to your fashion and is suitable for short outings.
