Two zippered openings, one large and one small. There is one pocket without a zipper on the back, making a total of three pockets. The large pocket has an inner pocket. It's compact, but can hold a smartphone, towel, handkerchief, notepad, pens, etc. Please check the photos with a 500mL plastic bottle to get a sense of the size. From the 6th and 7th images: There is a brown stain on the lining and seams of the small zippered pocket. I believe there are no other noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
