I purchased this a few years ago from Apart by lowrys. The V-neckline is open at the chest, making it elegant to wear. The fabric is thin, not thick, and feels smooth. It's the perfect dress for occasions other than parties, and also when you want to look polished. I'm 153cm tall, and the length feels a little long, but it doesn't drag on the ground, which is good.
