Grid Size: 16.8 cm x 18.2 cm TOKYO ROKUWA Co. This is probably a cutting machine from the Showa era. It was in the storage room at my parents' house. There is some rust, but I tried cutting some memo paper and it cut cleanly. I think it can be used without any problems. It might be usable as a prop or for antique decoration, I don't know.
