There is some fuzzing and slight pilling on the inside of the shoulder straps (the side that rubs against clothing), but it's still in good condition and usable. It can fit a PC inside the padded compartment and has excellent storage capacity, making it very convenient. The bottom part has come apart from the fastener and fabric on the inside, but it doesn't affect use.
