This is a Rozally stroller step. I bought it new and used it only once at a theme park. Overall, it's clean, but there are some scuffs on the top of both tires, likely from bumping over steps or similar. Please check the photos. It will be shipped in a cardboard box. I've confirmed that all accessories are included. There are also hanging belts.
