I purchased this product to repair the chattering issue on my ROCCAT Kone XP Air. I am generally satisfied because the mouse is working perfectly and is very comfortable again. There were no problems or damage. I repaired it by referring to a YouTube video. I am selling the remaining four pieces as there were five in the set. The bag has minor scratches, but these are initial scratches due to the product being from overseas. I will protect it with cushioning material for shipping. This product originally tends to attract dust and hair on the outer vinyl, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a completely pristine item.
