This is an old kimono in good condition, which has been worn and sent to be cleaned. I'm not sure of the material, but it feels like a blend of cotton and silk. The lining is beni-kinu (red silk), so it's probably silk. It has a peculiar texture. My favorite combination was pairing it with a black satin obi with a large embroidered carp and a red obiage, but I have to reduce my collection because I'm running out of storage space, so I'm sadly putting it up for sale. There are some small stains, flaws, and moth-eaten areas, which are common with antiques, but it can still be worn. Perfect for those who want to enjoy fashion with old kimonos.
