It is not new, but it hasn't been played with roughly, so I think it's still in good condition, but this is my personal opinion. It is not new. There is some aging due to being an older item; the milk and barley tea do not increase or decrease. The clothes have some pilling and minor stains due to use. The elastic in the shorts is loose. As a bonus, I'm including a Shimajiro frying pan and kitchen set, and Popo-chan's food. This toy makes sizzling sounds and the sound of running water. Since it's a bonus, I cannot guarantee its functionality. Popo-chan's food does not include a spoon. Popo-chan is discontinued, so I hope to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
