It's the star accessory shown in the last photo, so it shouldn't be a big deal whether it's there or not for play, unless you are very particular. (o^^o) In terms of location, there seems to be a small hole on the left back of the chair in the first photo, near the bottom of the stingray. (Please refer to the first and last photos) I used the cardboard box for my two children, but there was a period of time in between, so I stored it in the box once and then opened it again. Therefore, the transparent cellophane tape used to secure the box is directly attached to the cardboard in several places.
