VAMPS merchandise. I don't remember exactly, but I believe it's from over 10 years ago. I only did a test write when I bought it to check it, and I haven't used it since. It's been stored in a merchandise shelf for a long time. The outer box has quite a few scratches and marks. The ballpoint pen no longer writes, but there's a description saying the refill can be replaced, although I'm not sure about the current condition since it's old. The ballpoint pen is quite heavy, so how about displaying it?
