The ribbon is creased, but it should become neat again if you dampen it with water, reshape it, and let it dry. I took photos of my baby wearing this dress over their baby clothes when they were discharged from the hospital! It would also be suitable for the first shrine visit, the first meal ceremony, etc. (No hat included, as hats tend to hide the baby's face if they aren't the perfect size for newborns.)
