Thank you for viewing. I purchased this to hold a pilgrim's staff (shakujo) for the Shikoku pilgrimage, but I rarely used it and it has been stored at home. The color appears dull in the photos, but the actual item is a relatively vibrant orange. It was stored in a room with shoji screens near a window, and a portion of the purple tassel knot has faded from sun exposure. See images 6 and 7. Some of the cord has also faded. If you are concerned about this, please refrain from purchasing. Please note that it will be shipped folded up.
