This is a compression garment, a bolero, for the shoulders and upper arms. It comes with extension picks. The wearing period was about a week. I think I used it relatively cleanly. It has been washed. The décolleté part is not a hook, but a type that hooks with a hook, and it is easy to use because the rubber band is adjustable.
