This is a set of items including a breast pump, baby bottles (glass and plastic), sippy cups, toys, etc. There are two sets of everything, which is perfect for twins or for having spares and replacements. The items have been sterilized, but please understand that they are used. The nipples for the baby bottles and the straws for the sippy cups are not included. You can purchase these separately at a baby supply store. The breast pump has been sterilized, but some yellowing remains. Therefore, the items are priced low overall.
