Brand new with tag (^^) I bought this thinking it would be cute to wear with a white top in the spring, but I ended up wearing similar skirts more often, so I'm putting it up for sale now (^^) There's a zipper on the side (^^) Please note that there may be some wrinkles from being stored at home.
