It's an antique. I only used it occasionally for test writing, so there are no major scratches or dents. It only shows a slight feeling of use. It's a 10-karat gold-filled finish. The cap closes with excellent precision. It no longer dispenses ink, so the sign pen refill needs to be replaced. Made in USA
