This is the e frill skirt pants from epine. It's part of a set, but this is just the skirt. I've worn it for a few months, but there are no noticeable stains. The elastic waistband and the hem are a little curled. It's not a problem when worn if you adjust it, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. Instant purchase is OK.
