I don't remember the purchase date. I haven't used it in about three years, and it's been in storage since then. In preparation for listing, I have cleaned and disinfected it with alcohol, although it was a simple cleaning. I have also confirmed that it powers on. I will also include the filter, but please consider it as a bonus. The item will be delivered with the main unit and the instruction manual only.
