Pocket watch style clock ♡ The heart-shaped second hand is a very cute design! I bought it at a select shop for about 4000 yen. It's almost unused! I've kept it stored away since I bought it. There are slight scratches on the stainless steel back. There were no instructions originally, but the shop staff told me that the battery can be replaced at a watch shop.
