I purchased this at Freaks Store in Lumine. It's very cute, but I haven't had many chances to wear it, so I'm selling it. The condition is listed as "slightly damaged or with stains," but there are no particular scratches or stains. As many reviewers have commented, the frills at the bottom have started to fray because of the raw-edge design, even though I've only used it a few times. I didn't mind and used it as is. I've used it about 5 times.
