Hachiro Samukawa is one of the artists who carries on the tradition of Kishu-yaki pottery. Nachiguro glaze: This glaze is made by refining Nachiguro stones. It is said that the more it is used, the more the edges soften, and the more elegant the luster becomes. It has fine irregularities called "Yuzuhada" (citron skin), and the texture that fits comfortably in the hand is attractive.
