This is a lace skirt from Proportion Body Dressing. I purchased it new from an online shopping site about 4 years ago, but the size didn't fit (the waist wouldn't close). I thought I might be able to wear it someday, so I kept it at home without wearing it. As I've gotten older, my waist has only gotten bigger...
