This is a smocked dress from Malvi & Co., an Italian brand from Milan, purchased at Sun Sakae Petit. It's made of red pinstriped cotton fabric. The neckline and armholes have delicate, small ruffles, and the smocking embroidery features a lovely design of small, similarly colored flowers.
