I made a wire-wrapped pendant top using vintage, reused synthetic spinel (✿︎´ ꒳ ` )
I used a hexagon-cut loose stone with a deep and vivid cobalt blue color ( •̀∀︎•́ )✧︎
Synthetic spinel comes in a variety of colors, and this is said to be the color of the stone that was synthesized earliest. The intense cobalt blue, which combines coolness and heat, leaves a strong impression on the viewer! ଘ(੭ˊ꒳ˋ)੭✧
The retro and fantastical cut of the stone is also wonderful(*´ー`*人)
Although synthetic gemstones are still manufactured today, I think you can enjoy the colors and impressive sizes that are no longer made, which is unique to vintage items ヾ(≧▽≦*)〃
