This is a collaboration between Kiyoken and the Kanagawa Prefectural Police, featuring Hyo-chan (the soy sauce container). It's a set of two Hyo-chan: one with the Kanagawa Prefectural Police KP mark and one with a whistle. I've taken out the contents, washed them easily, and dried them.
