This is a Cinnamoroll sauna hat, a collaboration item between Sanrio and Gokurakuyu (a Japanese bathhouse chain). It's a white sauna hat with Cinnamoroll embroidery and ears. It also has a hook, making it easy to hang up and use at public baths and saunas. I purchased it from the online shop and have kept it at home. It's new and unopened.
