It's a bit larger than usual, and the ink well is spacious, allowing you to hold a large amount of ink. It's especially useful when creating large works such as half-size or full-size paper. Also, the grinding quality is good, and I think it excels in the practical use of grinding ink as an inkstone. The inkstone box also has a luxurious feel with legs (although short).
