The hem has likely been altered at some point. The color of the hem stitching is probably different. Also, the stitching is crooked, and there is a slight "pulling" in places. I personally didn't mind it at all, considering it part of the vintage character. I believe there is no other damage, but please be aware that there may be overlooked issues.
