A set of six dessert plates from Booths' Real Old Willow. Diameter: Approximately 21cm This design, said to be based on an old Chinese tragic love story, was once a popular motif in England and has become synonymous with Booths. It's a familiar and nostalgic pattern in Japan as well. Production is believed to be around 1970. There are no cracks, and the gold gilding is largely intact, making it a good vintage condition. I was researching Blue Willow for a while and collected various pieces, so I plan to list more.
