I purchased this for my puppy! There are no particularly noticeable scratches or stains. There is some wear and tear, so I've marked it as having some scratches and stains. It's still in good condition and can be used for a while. I'm selling it because my puppy has outgrown it. It was easy to use for walks and was a very convenient item.
