I purchased it in 2015 and used it until recently, but I'm selling it because I've switched to cooking rice in a pot. It's been used for about 10 years, and there are noticeable scratches on the exterior and the inner pot, so please check the photos. The rice cooker's performance is fine, and it can cook both white rice and brown rice deliciously, so it's still a usable item.
