High-quality cotton, navy blue, with a slight sheen. It would be lovely as a pantsuit in the spring, or as a coat to wear over other clothes. I haven't had many opportunities to wear it since I bought it, and it's been sitting in my closet. There are some creases, but I think it will be fine if you have it dry cleaned.
