This is a skirt in a school uniform style for girls! It has culottes underneath. I used it for the entrance ceremony with a frilly shirt, skirt, and tights. It's hard to see in the picture, but the pink lines sparkle and are very cute ★ I only used it once and it became too small for her (´；；`) I think it's clean with no stains (*^ω^)
