This is a set of three Snoo swaddle belts: the base part, size M, and size L. Includes instructions. The box is not included. While I didn't see any major stains, each item was used for about a month, so there are overall wrinkles, signs of use, and dirt on the adhesive parts (the Velcro is a bit weak). This is a product recommended for those who want to try it out, so please purchase only if you understand that it is a used item.
