I purchased this item used in 2019 and have used it for four seasons. It's black, so the wear and tear isn't very noticeable, but there are some scratches and stains from use. In the second photo, I've placed a carry-on suitcase to give you an idea of the size, but this is not included in the sale. The previous owner seems to have fixed it to a wall, and there is plaster attached to the four screws used for fixing, but I don't think this will affect its use.
