Alice Barlee flare skirt. I received this as a gift, so the year of purchase and the number of times it was worn are unknown. The material is wool for the skirt and polyester for the lining. The color in image 7 is the closest to the actual item. It's a lovely, elegant, and retro piece with a beige and black and gray houndstooth pattern.
