1940s Belgium metis work jacket Likely a Belgian piece from the 1940s-1950s. Made of a flat-woven fabric with a napped texture. Mostly cotton, I believe it's a slightly thick metis. I haven't seen this kind of fabric before. Horn buttons, hand-sewn buttonholes, and felled seams on the sleeves. Simple construction with nice details. I hope you'll consider it. ● Size: Shoulder width 51.5cm (shoulder to shoulder) Body width 61cm (pit to pit) Sleeve length 60cm (shoulder to cuff) Length 71cm (collar to hem) Please note that these measurements are approximate due to amateur measuring. My personal fit (see below for body type or profile) is a slightly relaxed, good fit. The shoulders drape nicely, and the sleeves look good folded up. The body width is generous, and the length and sleeve length are a good shape, not too long. ● Material: Likely cotton linen ● Condition: There are some scuffs and wear marks, some areas are white, and there are some light stains. The left sleeve button has been replaced. Small damage on the lower right back has been hand-repaired with gray cotton thread. There are no noticeable damages or stains, and it should be fine for wear. I would appreciate it if those accustomed to vintage clothing would understand and purchase. ● Other I am 169cm tall, 57kg, and slightly thin.
