These are scrolls and unframed paintings, before they are mounted. There are 7 items, and one has a noticeable tear. It probably wouldn't be noticeable if they were mounted. The photos aren't very good due to shadows. There are also some spots and stains, but the condition is generally average. [Oe Junjo (Ooe Junjo)] Born 1892, died 1985. Real name: Junjo, posthumous name: Kijinin. Born in Joshin-ji Temple of the Jodo Shinshu Honganji sect in Shigaura-cho, Nyu-gun, Fukui Prefecture (present-day Echizen-cho, Nyu-gun). After graduating from the graduate school of Ryukoku University in 1922, he became a lecturer in the Faculty of Letters, and then a professor in 1940. In 1946, he became Kangaku (a Buddhist scholar), and in 1949, he lectured on "Ojoronchu" at the Anju of Nishi Hongan-ji Temple, and in 1963, he lectured on "Kyogyoshinsho". In 1972, he became the head of the Kangakuryo and the president of the Shugakuin.
