It's a cute photo frame featuring a dog. There's a groove in the rotating center section where you can insert a photo. There is no transparent film. You can put two photos in, one on each side. As shown in the third photo, some of the paint is chipped. It's cute, so I couldn't throw it away, and that's why I'm selling it.
