The following is a copy and paste from Soundhouse: Electro-Harmonix compact pedal, overdrive "OD Glove". You can get a tight drive with a good core. In addition to the combination of TONE and GAIN, the internal switch allows for 18V internal boost (adapter/battery uses 9V as is). Simply remove the back cover and switch the switch to the right/left. The sound in 18V mode is even more powerful, and the sound comes out firmly. A sound that doesn't get out of control and feels cohesive. Crunch to high gain can be reproduced depending on the settings, making it a very easy-to-use overdrive. Please refrain from returns.
