I purchased this from a shop called foo_select. I've used it twice. I think it cost around 8,000 yen. The strap is adjustable, and the photos show it at its shortest length. You can adjust it by pulling up on the knot. It's heart-shaped and a really cute accent for your outfit! I'm selling this because I bought another heart-shaped bag! It's in relatively good condition, but there are two small dents from use (see images 2 and 3). Images 4-6 are from the Instagram of someone who collaborated with the brand.
